Water filter

Just wondering do you leave the filter in when not using the camper or remove it. I am in the south and it gets hot so if I am not camping for two or three weeks will the filter get any mold on it.

It certainly could! Thats what I removed mine and have it on the exterior, when we are not using the unit for a couple weeks the filter goes in the fridge.
