Question water heater

Hi, we have a Cedar Creek 36rd5s and are very pleased with the trailer.

We have come across a problem and we are hoping you can help us.

It is the water heater, suburban is the model the number sw12de and the serial number is 110508042.

The problem is the heater has stopped working on electric, I have checked the fuses, but all seems good, have I missed something.

The gas works fine.

One other matter, I can't find in the manual the details of the wall mounted monitor panel as the ones in the manual does not match with ours.

Hope you can help.

Best regards from the UK

Tony Collins

PS I hope I have got the right department, if not please advise me who to contact.
