Thougth i'd make a video to help others learn as I have..
So within the last week we have ran into two issues involving plumbing, The water pump and the water heater. For first timers these were things we wouldn't have thought about, and they weren't discussed during our walk through. So I just wanted to get this info out there in hopes of helping others..
Both were issues were just as simple as opening valves, on the water pump, and on the water heater the bypass valve needed opened.
When we tired to figure out why we would get a couple seconds of only hot water then back to cold, thanks to this forum, it was just a simple valve that needed opened.
Hopefully someone doesn't do like we did and run the water pump the first time, confused why water isn't coming out, and think that it just takes time, you'll risk burning your pump.
