water in underbelly

Hey everyone. I'm hoping you can help!
I bought a 2016 Forest River XLR Thunderbolt 340 about 5 months ago for my family to live in for a couple months while we finished building. I just sold it (almost) but when the buyer came to pick it up and we started messing with the jacks and got it out of level, water started pouring from the underbelly! Doing some quick research I'm finding that it's probably a connector in the PEX piping? Anyone with experience to help? I want to make it right for him, for sure, but I'd also like to not spend a fortune if I can help it. Do I need to call in a professional or are there some things I can check for myself?

I would suggest checking the fresh water tank overflow.

Finding where it's leaking from without removing a lot of the underbelly is going to be your biggest issue. If you can figure out about where it's coming from you can cut a trap door in the underbelly and inspect the area closer.

It could also be getting into the underbelly from running down the sides and channeling into it, so be sure to go all around the unit looking at where the underbelly joins the sidewalls and see if there are gaps.
