Water Issue

Good Morning, I have a 2022 Salem Villa Destination Trailer. I have water running out of the blue drain under the unit. (i hope the picture attaches). I was told this is an overflow drain used for winterizing. I am on city water have never filled the fresh water tank or winterized. But water is flowing out of here like its a faucet. This just started. There is no open/close valve on the drain.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

What is your freshwater tank level? If it full? If yes, turn off city water, turn on the water pump and use the water in the fresh water tank for a while. After multiple on-off cycles of faucets used in the RV, turn off the water pump and go back on city water and watch fresh water tank level, see if it goes up.

There is a check valve inside the water pump that keeps water from flowing backwards through the pump into the freshwater tank when on city water. Sometimes this check valve starts to leak, and exercising it by using the water pump and cycling faucets on and off will clear anything in the check valve and cause it to reseat.

Fresh water tank is full. I will turn the water back on and also use the water pump for a while. Thanks so much for the information.
