Water leak only when pump is on.

Hello, I have a 2017 Wildwood BH 261 and have developed a leak only when the water pump is on. I can hook to city water and have no problem. It seems to be in the rear next to the tank but not quite sure. Could this be from a valve or fitting? I'm being told that its a toilet issue being its next to the tank but seems it would leak all the time not when pump runs. If I leave the pump off it doesn't leak so not a problem with the tank.
Any insight will be appreciated. Thanks!

There is a sediment filter between the tank and the pump. Check that and the connections to the pump.
