water pressure in toilet

we have a standard toilet. However this season the pressure to the toilet seems reduced. All facuts are working well and pressure seem normal. What is the best way to see if somthing is blocking the line or is their a filter in line.

The toilet valve can get trash in it that can reduce flow or completely stop up. I have had limited success in removing the valve and getting it cleaned out. (mine completely stopped up.)

I bought a new one and kept my cleaned out one as a spare.
