Water Pump

I just fill my fresh water tank and turned on the pump. My question is that the pump is running but very little water is coming out of sink. Any suggestion would be helpful. I am checking all systems before our first outing, every system is fine except very little water when using the water pump. When my unit is hooked up to a water supply no problems. Thanks for any help.

It can take a few minutes to fill your hot water tank and pressurize the system. You have to add 6 Gals of water to the water tank until you can build up system pressure. Also check to make sure the winterization valve on the intake to the water pump is in the service/summer position.

Thanks for the tips! A little tap from a hammer on the pump was all that was needed. Thanks as always for the fast replies. Here's to a great camping season.

Location Of water pump and Accesability

Hi, I am new to this forum however I am hoping to get some advice if possible. I am trying to locate the water filter and pump for my Rockwood 5th Wheel 8280WS. I have heard many stories as to where it may be and the issues in getting to the pump. I live in Canada, Alberta therefore I need to ensure I can winterise my unit when the time comes. Many thanks for your help
