Question water pump and filter

Does anybody know where the water filter and the bypass valve for the water system is located in a 2015 Rockwood signature 8280ws fifth wheel?

driver side, to the rear of the storage bin (basement).Looks like the furnace will be closest thing the storage then all the water fill connections. Inside the trailer just the entertainment unit. Maybe I'll have to take off what looks like a cold air return vent and poke around behind that.

Flagstaff Likes to hide them behind false panels or a door that's screwed shut but hinged on one side.

My flagstaff access was about a 10x10 door near the floor

Can you put some water in the tank then turn pump on?
You should be able to hear it.

Good idea, but will have to wait for now. Forecast is for 20 F weather for the weekend plus some snow, spring not quite here yet.

TURBS is correct. I put water in my fresh water tank and switched on the pump, opened kitchen faucet, pump came on and followed the sound to my closet in the kitchen cabinate. Found an access panel held in by 2 screws. The pump was also located on the inside of where the inlet is to fill the freshwater tank from the outside. Hope I didn't just confuse you, as it sounds weird the way I explained it.

I have a 2016 8286ws. And mine is located behind a panel in the pass thru compartment on the driver side. Right where the city water connection is.

Found the water pump/filter. Hidden behind a speaker that was hidden behind a grill that was under the entertainment center. Almost accessible for someone who has 48 inch arms and a 12 in chest. Looks like I will be doing some plumbing rearrangements so i can access this through the basement.
