Water pump inoperative

Cedar creek 38 fb2 - full tank - pump runs but seems weak - no water at any faucet. Happened suddenly.

What's the charge level of your battery?
Are your LED lights bright or dim?

Did you check the small filter that is just in front of the water pump? My rig has a small strainer similar to the aerator on a sink faucet. It could have plugged up.

I burned out my water pump by stupidly leaving the pump on when breaking camp. As I had a full water tank, I opened the drain for the trip home. Pump ran dry, and no longer worked. Water pump switch in the cabinet under the sink is easy to forget - $65 for my forgetfulness. I disconnected the inlet plumbing and replaced with a piece of hose into a bucket to make sure I had no vacuum leaks, and confirm pump was shot.

When I installed the replacement, I couldn't get it to work either. Turned out I had cross-threaded the inlet filter connection (and had a suction vacuum leak). Got it correctly threaded and installed - and all was good.

Sounds like air leak, check suction strainer, screwed and clamped fittings leading to fw tank.

Water tank filling when connected to city water

I have a 2014 heritage Glenn 312qbud bunk house. My fresh water tank is filling up slowly over a day or so when connected to city water at a campground. Eventually the overflow begins to release water until I shut off the city water and use my pump until the tank is dry. I have read a check valve in the pump itself could be causin this? Also I cannot find the water pump, can anyone enlighten me? Do I have to remove the sealed bottom to find it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

I don't know your trailer. But, if the pump is not accessible from outside, it is probably behind a panel in one of your cabinets. The back panel in many cabinets are intended to be removable, may need to undo a couple of screws. I've also heard of them being under a bed. It will not be inside the sealed bottom.
Hopefully, someone with your model trailer will chime in with a location. Do you recall where you heard the pump when it was running?

yea it sounds like it's behind the refrigerator or possibly behind the pantry? I have an access door under the bathtub and I see the water lines, but no pump. I will check in back of cabinets.
