Water pump won't shut off

I have a 2018 Cherokee 255 RR. Toy hauler..... My water pump will not shut off. This is only the third time we've had it out! If I need to use water I have to manually turn the pump on and then turn it back off... So it doesn't stay running. Any suggestions?

You’re under warranty for this or.......

A pump that runs constantly is because it can’t pressurize the water system. This means you have a leak where the pump is sucking in air on the inlet side of the pump A PAIN TO LOCATE....or you have a water leak downstream from the pump VERY BAD.

You’ll need to trace the water line into and out of the pump to see if you find the leak, but pumping water constantly, when you can’t find it, means it could be leaking under a floor, behind a wall and this is the worst case situation.

Don’t let this go too long.
