water system gunk

2014 Sunseeker 2500TS, only slept in 4 nights so far. Just came out of antifreeze storage. Dumped the red juice, filled tank with our house water, which we drink all the time. In the process of pumping, the circular screen in the clear plastic housing at the water filter clogged up right away with black gunk. Cleaned it, gunked up again right away. There's sludge in the tank. Can't see it, but it's obvious. So, is there a method to clear this out, or just wait, and clean the filters/screens often? thanks!

You must sanitize the tank and lines! Expect to clean the filter a couple times during the flush out after sanitizing.

Yep, bleaching now. Just never seen this much filth in previous RVs. Will keep flushing and drink commercial water for now.
