WaterMiser Return Line Blocked?

I just purchased a used 2019 E-Pro. It has a WaterMiser on the shower but it does not work -- no water flow when the WaterMiser diverter is in the "recirculate" position. I pulled off the diverter valve and discovered that the cold return line back into the fresh water tank is completely blocked.

Is there a shutoff valve somewhere hidden in the wall on that line? Any other hints what the cause might be? How do I even get access to that water line?

I know for certain that the first owner never used the shower so he would not have discovered the problem.

Thank you in advance for any hints!

I have not heard of the WaterMiser could it be the ShowerMiser? Is there a return line actually installed? I would check by the inlet to the potable water pump (most common connection) and see if that is where the connection was made and check for a valve there.

The line is probably kinked or pinched somewhere.

You are just going to have to start chasing the plumbing.
Every unit is different according to how the factory worker felt that day.

Here is a generic plumbing diagram of the ShowerMiser.

Thank you for your replies.

Yes, ShowerMiser. My mistake.

- connection is not at the pump. However, I do see a line plumbed into the top of the fresh water tank. That has to be it. No other pipe would enter the top of the fresh water tank other than the fill hose which is adjacent to said 1/2 pipe.
- I can't imagine a pinch or kink achieving a total blockage. I put compressed air on the ShowerMiser return line at the shower tap and there is absolutely zero flow into that line.

I don't know much about the Shower Miser, but the overflow/vent line would enter at the top of the tank. The fill line could enter at the top, side, or bottom.

If you're lucky, all the lines won't be white and you can eliminate some of the possibilities.

Silly question, but I'll ask it anyway. Are you certain that the knob is in the "recirculate" position and not in the "off" position?

Yes, certain. I removed the diverter and verified how it functions and that it is in fact functioning. The problem, absolutely for certain, lies with the recirculate line.

Typical fresh tanks have a drain line, (near the bottom) a pump supply line, (near the bottom) a fill tube, (near the top) a vent line, (near the top) and some have an overflow line. (also near the top) Systems with w ShowerMiser have an additional return line plumbed into the tank somewhere. Some go directly to the tank some return to the pump supply line.

Don't discount you have a pinched line or a kinked line.

A photo of a neighboring camper with issues to their new rig.

Here is a factory photo of a fresh water tank. Picture is upside down to how it is installed in the R/V. I added the notations.

Finally a photo of my supply line.
It wouldn't pass air or water either.
