What does this valve do?

I have just de-winterized my 2013 Roo 23SS, and in going through the steps I noticed a valve that I don't have any documentation on. Anyone know what this is for?

On a side note...this forum is AWESOME. I was struggling to understand why the faucets had such poor volume, and in no more than 1 minute of searching, I found out I had to clean the styrofoam remnants from the faucet aerators.

Here's one more pic showing a bit more of the plumbing. Looks like one of the lines off that valve goes to the fresh water tank.

So looks like flow control of some sort?

Hmmm, that would explain why I don't have documentation. I don't plan to read that section for a few months lol.

This allows you to suck from the water tank or from a jug of antifreeze. If you are sucking air when you turn the pump on then this valve is in the wrong position.
