What to do with these taps?

I am making a tutorial/checklist to winterize my camper. I will share it as soon as it’s done with this forum, however in my Rockwood HW277 I just noticed that I have to taps that lead to the outside kitchen. Do I turn these off when I winterize my camper?

The first pic I believe are low point drains to drain most of your water.

x2. Looks like those go to the underneath. If you are the type top blow out the lines for winterization then you'll leave them open.
