Wildwood DLX Water issue

Hello, I have a Wildwood DLX 4262B and we have water leaking underneath the furnace? There is a cold and hot water line that runs behind the furnace but have no idea why or how to access them? That seems to be where the leak is coming from, any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Leaks can be hard to pinpoint before settling on the location behind the furnace I would follow the lines and see if the water isn't just running to a low point behind the furnace.
