Winterization Questions

Getting ready to winterize my grey wolf 22mkse. Any idea where the hot water tank by pass valve is and the water pump? Never done this before. Is there a hose on the pump to suck up the anti freeze?

I'm in the same position with my Forest River Salem Cruise Lite. Wondering how to make sure all lines/tanks are empty and how to put antifreeze in. I'm clueless. Sorry I cant help you.

Judging from replies there doesn't appear to be much help coming your way so I'm going to try and answer . However my reply is based on my unit which is a Georgetown MH .

Your bypass access should be close to the h w tank . Mine is a circular opening underneath the mh beside the tank.

If there's an intake hose for antifreeze it's likely going to be near where the fresh water tank / pump is. Mine is located in the bus door compartment that houses these .

Hope people out there with similar units help you find location(s). Insofar as "how to" there's good videos on u tube you can refer to. If that doesn't work let me know and I can go into more detail

By pass valves will be on the HOT and COLD lines connected to the water heater. For the pump, turn it on a listen for the sound....that's how I found mine behind a false panel below the pantry. For antifreeze, I rigged up a suction hose that connected to the pump line coming from TEE under the FW tank. Removed pump line from the TEE, add my length of tubing to the pump intake line, put the tube in a bucket filled with 2.5 gals of AF and started turning on taps till the pink comes out. Hope this helps.

Your selling dealership should know the answers to your questions.
