Winterize Questions

Searched and read quite a few posts. Didn't find an answer.

Trailer is in south Texas. No long, hard freezes expected. May be used in place occasionally between now and spring.

Plan is to blow out lines with air (including low points). I don't think my hot water tank has bypass valves. Will drain water filter and will disconnect city water. Can leave shore power on or not... unsure what's better. Will have big dehumidifier buckets in there.

Thought about putting a little pink AF in the drains? Should I pull the support jacks up? Remove/loosen x-chocks?

What am I missing?

As always, appreciate the tips! Previous quasi-winterize worked great (drained everything but left power and LP on so onsite family could turn on heaters if needed). But we'll be gone a lot longer this time.

If you blow air through the lines and open your low points, take out you zinc anode from the hot water tank, you should be fine with that part. Adding the pink antifreeze to all your traps and toilet is needed as well. Make sure your tanks are empty, when you know all your traps are full of antifreeze, and everything else is empty, close your black and gray tank drain valves and dump more antifreeze into all the traps and toilet again, you need to make sure the tank valves have antifreeze and not water or anything else behind them. ( No Antifreeze, ever in the hot water tank, ever )
I leave my power on all year, lp gas is on all year as well. The jacks are always in use, down and holding the trailer. I don't use the x-chocks, so no info on that one. I use the big rubber chocks and they stay all year.
If you turn off your refrigerator, leave the doors open some for fresh air, I have let it run all winter and I have shut it off, no difference ether way.
I have never used a dehumidifier in the camper, so no information to help you on that ether.
I will always leave my shore power on, if for no other reason than to keep my battery fully charged.
I live in Northeastern Ohio, you will be fine. Happy camping.

Good advice from Eagle.
You might want to loosen the xchocks as long as you have normal chocks at the wheels to keep it from moving. Your stablilizers should be fine.
The dehumidifier buckets are a good idea in South Texas. We use them in Houston and they keep fuzzies from growing.
The only thing I'd add would be to leave the faucets open. In the unlikely event you get a hard freeze, any leftover water in low spots will be able to expand as it freezes.
