Winterizing a '13 Grey Wolf

I hope I didn't screw something up. Ok, drained the HW tank dry. Left the anode rod out. Found the HW by-pass valves. Turned all three so no more antifreeze in the HW tank. Before deciding to use the AF, I decided to "bleed" the water out of the water pump. Left it on til most of the water was out. Drained all tanks. Put 6 gal. of AF in Fresh water tank. Ran both sinks, shower, and toilet until pink came out. Water pump sounded like a freight train. Hoping this was because the AF is a different consistency? I feel like I am winterized, but might have screwed my water pump up. It is still pumping, just sounds different. Any advice????
