Winterizing Kit Install

I want to add a winterizing kit. Is this where I attach it? It looks like this would be the line coming in. Thanks!

but if you put it before the strainer wouldn't that ensure that you get antifreeze into the strainer bowl?

Just unscrew the bottom of the strainer and dump any residual water. Clean the strainer at the same time if needed. It was just an observation.
