Hello fellow campers. I have a common problem with a twist. The 12v dc powered items do not work from the battery. I checked from the battery to the outpost of the breaker. The voltage of the battery is 12.6 and at the out post of the breaker the voltage is 11.8. Is this a problem? If not, where to next? Thanks a lot.

People will be able to help you more if you provide the year, make, and model of your RV. New RV? New problem that wasn’t there before? Has the battery been recently disconnected or removed?

Turn something on and see if it is still 11.8 - if it goes to zilch and the other side is still 12.6 the breaker is bad.

If that's a resettable breaker there'll be a small button on one end, usually black. Press it in and see if it clicks.

If you're still unsure, disconnect one side of the breaker and see if there's continuity across the terminals.
