12v lights not working on battery power
I live in my 37’ triple slide 5th wheel, have for 14 years now. During the recent wind storm a fallen tree knocked out the power for a few days. Isn’t my 4 inline 6v battery system supposed to at least make my 12v lights work?

Usually. Have you checked to see that there is a charge in the battery bank? It doesn't take long for them to run down without power from an external source.

Their fairly new but I’ll go check. Kinda thought being hooked up to 110 power source would keep them charged.

Not if the converter is bad or turned off or if a 12v resettable circuit breaker has tripped.

Did they work after installation? Common mistake is connecting them backwards as 12vDC wire colors are different from house 120vAC wire colors. Easy to check. White is ground (-). When connected backwards there will be fuses or circuit beakers that trip and no power will go in or out of the battery.
Battery switch is the most common "problem."

does anything else that is 12v work?
use multi meter confirm battery is charged
use multi meter at the 12v fuse board to measure if you are getting 12v at the fuses
check if lights fuse is getting 12v
check if there is a battery disconnect switch and any 12v breakers
lots of posts already here that show a picture of the breakers
120v shore power turned on ..... converter will charge the battery as long as someone did not turn the battery disconnect
even if NO battery is installed.... the converter will send power to the lights and usually about all the 12v items

Great!
It would help others if you provided more info about what was wrong and how you fixed it.

12v lights not working
When I bought the RV many years ago it only had one 12v battery. Three years ago I installed four 6v batteries per the schematic on the inside of the door but being braindead on electrical issues I had an electrician figure it out and fix it is all I know.
