Just add one of these. Up to six new 12 v circuits for under $50 at Amazon.
Connect battery positive wire to terminal with "+" and ground wire to terminal with "-".
Connect added items you want to run to the new fuse block, positive to fuse for that item and negative wire to the negative bus.
Often there is an extra connection in the Converter, on the main fuse board where converter connects, that you can connect the the wire from your new fuse block for positive feed. Connect the negative of the new fuse block to frame ground or the existing negative bus.
If you want to run 120 volt appliances then you'll need something like this:
A lot more expensive (~$260 on Amazon). Chances are adding more to the AC power feed will exceed the capacity of the power cord unless you have a 50 amp setup.
