12volt power works on battery power but does not work when pluggedintoto 3amp power.

Hi. I recently purchased a used 2021 Grey Wolf 29BRB. On our first trip out we had a storm and the camp ground lost power for over a day. When it came back on I could only get the 110 power to worked when plugged into the 30 amp power. The 12volt power did not work. When I turned the battery on the 12 volt power would work. As I went through the process of looking for the issue, I decided to disconnect the battery from the terminals on the outside of the camper. About 2 minutes later the 12 volt power kicked on from the 30 amp connection. When we got home I plugged the camper into my house. Same issue. This time I just switched off the battery from inside the camper, but left a light on. A couple hours later I looked out my window and saw that the light had turned on. All the 12 volt power was working while plugged in. Now we are camping again and I have the same issue. Tonight I shut the battery off for a few hours hoping it would kick on, but it did not. Extremely frustrated. I have searched for people with similar problems, but can not find anyone that has this problem where sometimes the power will work. Any help would be appreciated.

without a battery the 12v power is being provided by the converter
or Inverter /charger

another thread someone mentioned they had a surge and electrical tester that was slow
find out if you have one... and if it is failing

OTHERWISE
when you plug into shore power 120v you converter should power up straight away.

if it is NOT
you need to start at the power source (pedestal , house outlet or generator)
check the voltage and connections
power cord AND power inlet plug ......... look for burns or cracks or loose fitting

If None of the above
you will need to find the converter and test it
measure output as soon as the converter starts

If you have inverter / charger
find the manual see if there is any time delay for passthrough and 12v production
