2007 Georgetown 373 LCI level controller bad
Hello everyone. I could probably use the search feature but i've been searching internet for few days and looking for someone that has had this happen. Short version is I couldn't raise my lci jacks auto or manual. spent an hour with tech support and the 175226 controller is bad. half voltage to control panel. Recommended sending unit to M and M electronics. Spoke to them and to be honest were supposed to leave for glacier park friday so I told them i was going to try to find replacement. Etrailer said on their site that replacement 2020003067 will work. Ordered, installed and doesnt work. Called lippert and they said wont work because i have a bidirectional pump. Hope etrailer gives me my money back. So, yesterday when working on this i made some calls to local dealers and everone was leaving for the night. I have a few options. Go with m and m electronics, scrap vacation, just use drill and hex to manually move things. I thought about cutting out the system for some old school switches to operate 4 jacks and 2 slides. I'd be ok with that. Anyone have experience? I'll be honest. I'm pretty mad at lippert that a 17 year old control box is obsolete. Its not like its from the 60's. Why did they do that? Makes me want to get out of camping entirely.
