2011 Salem Sport 29FBSRV toyhauler trips shore

When plugged into shoreline outlet (30 amp, single pole breaker to an RV outlet), the shoreline breaker trips when I turn on the Converter breaker inside the trailer. I replaced the power converter and it worked for a short time, then it started tripping the shoreline breaker again. Before I replace the converter for a second time, I was hoping for some advice. There is nothing else connected to the camper breaker for the converter. The converter fan will start to power up but then the shoreline breaker trips. With the converter breaker off, the shoreline power is fine when the rest of the breakers are on. I have solar on the roof for the batteries so it isn't a problem keeping the batteries charged but I would like to solve this problem.
I replaced with the exact model WFCO 8900MBA Series 55amp converter the first time and have the same converter in my hand. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you turn off all breakers but main and converter, does it still trip?

Thank you for the reply.
Yes. When only the main was on and when I only turn on the converter breaker it would trip. I'm not sure if I fixed it but I replaced the breaker before trying to replace the converter again and it does not trip the shoreline breaker now and all other breakers are also on now. I will measure the converter output to verify it is outputting 13.6 vdc. If it is, I assume the new breaker fixed it.
