2014 Onan MicroQuiet 4KW - Reset Fault Code?

Hello!

My 5-month old trailer is at the dealer because the gen threw a fault code of 14. The dealer says everything is "working fine" and any error code will stay in memory forever once it's been triggered. I find this hard to believe...

Is there any way to reset or clear a fault code? I'd like to do so I know that things are good and - I'll know if the same fault happens again.
