2016 Crusader lite 106vac accross hot and common

New to RV electrical. I have ac outlets, (not on GFCI), that are showing only 106vac accross the hot and neutral, but hot to ground show +-115v. The recepticles won't light my LED bulb, but my tester shows they are wired correctly, (two orange lights). the OEM recepticles are cheapie, the wires are simply pressed into slots whit cut the insulation and make the connection. Not very dependable at all, like the trailer wire clips that you squeeze together. I went through my electrical panel, (which was a rats nest of wires, shortened,
and reattached them to be sure I had good connections).
Looks like I have 2 or three recepticle circuits but haven't tried to "ring" them out to find out what is what. NO SCHEMATICS available. If anyone knows where I can find one please send a link. 2016 Crusader Lite Model 28RL.
Any advice is appreciated.
