2016 sandpiper inverter not working, Help!!

Just arrived to our campground in Newport TN and our inverter doesn’t work. Our rv fifth wheel is only 2 yrs old. Never had this issue before. It’s 90 and without air or able to keep fridge cold is a trip ruined. We’re only overnighting it then on to SC. Anyone have this same problem?

would like to help but you gave no information.

are you sure you are talking about an inverter. generally they are only installed if you have a residential refrigerator. do you? are you plugged into shore power? reason i ask is you say no ac (air conditioner of ac voltage - which)? an inverter would have nothing to do with an air conditioner not working.

an shot in the dark guess would be the inverter is not working due to low batteries. don't know how far you drove but they could go low trying to run the residential refrigerator while towing. what make / model inverter do you have? what are the status lights, indicators, and display on the inverter?

sorry i couldn't help more but you have to tell us how you are configured. way to many variables to just guess.

Turns out it wasn’t the inverter but it cost $100 to have a mobile rv mechanic to come out and find that the breakers were all off.

that’s cheap - only $100 for a lifetime of experience!

Great to hear it was a simple fix. $100 is cheap for a RV learning class! It would take a couple of days to go through everything and scenarios on a PDI walkthrough. I would like to congratulate you on being special... but I can't, because you are not the first but one of many who have ended up powerless or didn't know where switches were located. You have graduated to another level of RV knowledge though.

I knew it all and I could remember it all of course, but my wife insisted on videoing it all. Thank goodness she did, and she asked more obvious questions than I did which saved us so many times.
