2017 251 RKS no pwer

We were prepping our trailer to head out on a 10 day trip. It's less than 4 months old, have no refrigerator, slide power, or lights. Microwave has power as well as 110 outlets. Any ideas? This is our first Forest River; all other trailers owned never ran into this issue. All help is appreciated

First, does the trailer have a disconnect switch?
Second, did you recently install the battery?
Third, have you checked the battery charge level?

Just got it back from its 90 day review/service.
Batteries do not appear to be charged even though trailer is plugged in
Not sure on the disconnect switch

Someone mentioned to us the 12 volt converter, however, we have not been able to locate where it is

Do you know where the panel is that have the breakers in it is? The converter is usually under it or in the same compartment.

It should be under the fridge in your unit.

The battery disconnect should be somewhere near the battery or in the front storage compartment.

Is this a Surveyor 251rks TT? If so the converter and breaker panel is below the refrigerator.

My Surveyor 251rks doesn't have a battery disconnect switch. Check the 30amp inline fuse that is next to where the battery box is located. And that the battery is connected properly. But if you are connected to shore power you should have even without the battery. If you are not connected to shore power your refrigerator won't work if battery is near depleted. Even using propane it used battery to run fans and control system.

I found a few things that the service department didn't hook up correctly in my 251rks. I have since corrected myself.

Good luck!!
