2018 Dynamax Rev 24TB House batteries

I just had the house batteries replaced as well as a 50 amp fuse as the RV engine wasn’t charging house batteries. We took a trip yesterday and had to return home due to house batteries wouldn’t supply power to the steps or inside lights unless the RV engine was running. The house batteries were fully charged before we left and the house battery switch was on. I would hear a clicking noise after starting the RV engine as if I had just pushed the switch for turning on the house batteries. The clicking sound was coming from the rear of the RV. Thanks for any input. Frustrated!

Even if the engine wasn't charging the house batteries, they shouldn't have gone dead in one day. The only way that our steps won't go out is if the house battery is physically completely disconnected. Were the steps working when you left? (probably a stupid question)
Your electric to the vehicle is all in the box between the two beds near the floor. Have you checked the fuses?
I'm not sure what you mean about a clicking noise after you start the engine. The battery off switch is on the panel near the door. There is an emergency start switch on the dashboard, but that's not an on/off switch. You have to hold in down to emergency start if the chassis battery is dead.
Check the fuses. If no problem there, take the bottom drawer out above that panel and have someone else start the vehicle and see if you can locate the sound.
