2020 Wolf Pup no DC power

Our Wolf Pup has no internal DC power. Power at the jack. Power on both sides of the inline box under the tongue (fusible link?). All fuses are good. Is there another circuit breaker somewhere that we are missing? Any other thoughts? We are on a trip so by the time we park at night our refrigerator is warm 🥲

There is a fuse between the battery and the converter on all trailers I know of. Mine, on a Freedom Express, is located on the A-frame about 4 feet from the battery at the traditional location in front of the trailer. The fuse, in most cases, is a resettable fuse that has a push button to reset it.

It looks like something like this:

Does your R/V have a battery cut-off switch?
Does it have 12v internal power when connected to shore power?
