3.2 Kw Diesel Gen - Short Circuit message?

Our 2016 Forest River Sunseeker (MBS platform) has the 3.2 Kw diesel generator. There are about 3 hours on the generator itself with no problems so far until yesterday. I started the generator and about 10 seconds later it shut off. The display in the coach said "Short Circuit". All connections in the generator compartment seem to be intact, so I restarted the generator and it ran fine for several hours with no subsequent problems.

I'm sure these systems are complicated. I'm wondering if the short circuit message is an indicator of a brewing problem or just a ghost in the machine.

Has anyone seen this type of issue?
