3010DS some outlets not working

My next door neighbor at Carrabelle RV park has a 2014 3010ds which has developed an electrical issue that I was wondering if any others out there might have seen. Three outlets on driver side are dead. Those on passenger side are working fine. No power to any of them and the GFCI in the bathroom is set and working fine. The breaker at the panel is ok and seems to be functioning for those outlets on passenger side.

Each outlet has single power line coming into the back. Opened all three and nothing seems amiss there. Not sure where to look next and he has spoken to the dealer where he got it and they are stumped too. So anybody out there that might seen this before? Thanks Patrick (2013 3107DS)

There "might" be another GFCI outlet somewhere. I hear some units have 2.

well there is one in the bath and I will see if I can poke around tomorrow and see if there is another one somewhere. It will not surprise me that there might be another. Thanks Patrick

X2! I would turn off and on again the circuit breakers. I have found they some times loose contact and act up. Have seen it in garages and an Rv is similar in the fact hot/cold lack of use.

they have done that particular action multiple times with no results. The solution remains elusive. They are planning on taking it in at some point and hope the techs can figure it out. Thanks for your suggestion. Patrick

There could be a second GFI in a basement compartment for outside use and linked to some inside outlets???

The GFI may be bad have you removed the outlet and checked if you have power to it. I had a GFI go bad in my house and had to replace it. My 3010DS GFI is in the bathroom. You can contact FR and they can email you a wiring diagram I got my the next day after my request. Good luck

good idea on the wiring diagram. I will pass it on to them. Best I know they have power into GFCI in bathroom and it seems to be good.

If its not another GFI, take the CB panel cover off and tighten the screws on the CB's that clamp the wire. They can and will vibrate lose.

Somewhere there is a junction box tying those outlets together and powering them. You may need to trace out the wiring.

Not sure if this model has it, but some outdoor kitchens have a separate GFCI outlet.

thanks for all the suggestions. The owner is getting a schematic from FR and will be trying to trace out the wiring to see what is the problem. I do appreciate all the suggestions given and hope he can figure it out.

Go to the first outlet, the GFI. Should be two cables. One supplies the power to the GFI, the second powers the next outlet. Make sure it is hooked up properly and all the termanals are tight. It may not be hooked up right to supp;y power to the second outlet. If everything is OK then go to the second outlet and make sure there is power coming into the outlet. If the first is good but no power at the second then you may have a broken wire, but that would not be common.

The GFI is normally the first outlet in line and most likely the one with a problem. Often they are not wired properly and can be working but not supplying power to the next if not wired right.

well it turns out the three outlets are fed off the refrigerator breaker and they are separately wired back to the main box. Factory thinks there is an issue with breaker and the owner is going to replace that in next couple of days once he can locate it. I have passed along all the suggestions to him and appreciate the quick and thoughtful responses from the community. Thanks Patrick
