AC power problem

At my last camping stop, I was unable to get AC power from the pedestal. The blue light was lit on the Furrion cable at the pedestal, but not at the socket on the camper where the cable connects. Everything works fine on DC or gas, but I cannot switch the refrigerator to AC.
Is my cable bad or is something else likely wrong?

Blue cable lights are not admissible as evidence of anything. Many of us have a light burned out on our cables.
Are you saying your microwave wouldn't work nor your air conditioner?

If you are lacking all AC-115V power...AC, Frig, Microwave...I would go with my first hunch and check cable end at trailer. Access to multimeter ? easy to check to see if you have voltage at the end. I'd proceed to breakers next.
Two things I always keep in my TT tool box....12DC tester...120V AC tester. (cheap multimeter from Menards)

The fridge would not switch to AC. The microwave did work. Did not try the air conditioner. The light which is not lit is on the socket at the outside of the camper where the power cable plugs in.
My camper is in Salt Lake City and I am back in WV for two weeks between camping trips. I did not have a meter with me but I will bring one when I fly back out there.
Thanks for the help.

If the microwave worked and you have a 30 amp unit. you had 120 volt power to the RV.

Did you check the breakers in the power panel in the RV?
I'd start checking the GFCI receptacles in and around the RV.

Thanks for the response. It is a 30A unit. I did check all the breakers and reset them even though none had tripped. I also reset the GFCI outlets.
I need to find a circuit diagram for the camper so I can try to understand what is wrong.

This is correct. If the refrigerator's failure to switch to 120v electricity is the only failure (you should forget the absence of the blue cable light as I said above), you should focus your attention on the refrigerator.
Find where it's plugged in at a 110v outlet and meter the outlet to see if it has power. No - then work back to the breaker for the refrigerator. Yes - you should check a couple of fuses behind a black box on the refrigerator's outside face.

Follow up to AC problem

Well it seems that after We got back to the camper again, the fridge is working on AC. Can't understand why it would not switch to AC before. I also tested the microwave and air conditioner. Both are working. The blue light on the power receptacle still does not light up as it originally did.
So it seems I have a failed LED on the receptacle and an intermittent issue with the fridge.

You and just about everyone else with one....they're just about useless. I've had two campers with the Furion connector and the LED went on both within a few months. No big deal...it's not worth replacing / fixing.
