Adding a flat 4 pin plug

I have 2012 Forest River 8265WS I have a small ATV trailer I would like to tow behind. The 5th wheel has a class 3 but no wiring I took off the lower panel the 4 wires I found are red, green, purple, and brown Iím not sure what wire is what the plug I bought has white, brown, yellow and green any help would be greatly appreciated.

Every R/V is wired differently. They use whatever wire is available and the colors don't really matter to them.

A 12v test light or multimeter set to read DC voltage will tell you what YOURS are in a minute.

The more common automotive colors are those on the plug you purchased.
Brown=Running lights
Green=R/Turn & brake
Yellow=L/Turn & brake
