another converter question

I have an 07 freedom ltd. Just bought and have been going thru everything but I can't seem to find the switch for the converter. Is there a switch? I would imagine so. Also, coming out of the hole in the cabinet under the sink I found 2 wires with crimped slider connectors on them. I can't reach down into the cabinet to see where they go. Does anyone know what they are for. I'm sorry if I have asked something that has already been answered but I did a search and couldn't find a quick answer to these questions

Converter should automatically be working when plugged into shore power.

There would be a breaker in the distribution panel make sure its not off or tripped.
