To know for sure if you have a failing LED strip, or a bad switch or wiring, you’d need to measure the voltage right at the wires connected to the strip. If you have approximately 12 volts, stable, at the beginning of the strip, then the strip is failing if it flickers. If the voltage there is low or unstable, check the wiring integrity back to the switch. Also verify the switch output is a stable 12 volts (nominal) when it’s on.
