Back up camera power wires.

I have a new Forest River Cherokee wold pack 24 pack 14+. It came with a back up camera that is not working. I could take the rig back to the dealer but I prefer to do any and all maintenance myself. What I have found to date is; I removed the backup camera and tested the wires for power. There is a white and a green wire that appear to have been cut and a 3 pole buss connector installed on both wires. The wires do not have power to them. The camera is spliced into the connector in parallel. Since I was unsure how or when the existing wires have power I tried several config I could think of to check for power. Connected to the truck with RV batteries on and off. Truck lights on. Truck in reverse. various lights in the RV on and off. I also inspected the CB's and fuses. I have not checked the fuses with a multi meter yet but that is tonight's project. So unless I find a fuse blown I am not sure where these wires get power from. I also checked the green wire and found it is common to ground. I did get .25v dc when checking for voltage across the white to green wire.

So my short question after all that is does any one know where or have a wiring diagram for a Cherokee wolf pack? or have any idea where the wires used for the camera get power from?
Are they direct to battery or are they tied to the backup lights?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
