Bathroom recessed lighting

We pull a 2011 FR V-Lite and the small, recessed lights over the sinks have gone out. I thought it was the bulbs, so I bought LED replacements and installed them. These are the little bulbs with 2 prongs that seat in nearly inaccessible tiny holes up in the fixture. After finally getting one of the LEDs plugged in, I switched it on and Viola! it lit! Inspired, I finally got the other 3 installed and NONE of them lit! NONE, save the one over one sink. I even took one of the fixtures apart to look for broken wires, etc., and put my meter on the exposed wires. 10.8 volts. Weird. Thought it should be 12 volts! Trailer on shore power with battery disconnected. Any thoughts from you electrical types? I'm only a chemical engineer, so... Thanks!

Assuming the light fixtures are fed from the same fuse and all have power, try reinstalling the bulbs with the pins flipped to change polarity. If that isn't it try the good bulb in the bad fixtures and the bad bulbs in the good fixtures.

Well, the polarity trick worked, at least on the one I switched. Now I have to put the others back together and try 'er with them. Thanks much, Keystoner!
