batteries overcharging
I have a georgetown 351 ds
One side of one battery is super hot and boiling over.
When I checked the house batteries they were all around 14.5 volts.
The converter is outputting 14.6v consistently. (inteli-power 9200, the manual says that it is supposed to check load and auto adjust power)
I know I have a (BCC) battery control center, which is supposed to monitor the batteries and keep them from overcharging.
Question. Is the converter supposed to drop voltage or consistently output 14.6v and let the BCC control output to the batteries.
Strange thing. When I unplugged the converter and disconnected the house batteries I still had some 13.5 volts of power in the coach. I never disconnected the chassis battery, but correct me if I'm wrong, it should not have been powering the coach at that point.
Any suggestions or comments.
