Battery Charging Recommendation

My old all purpose benchtop battery charger has given up the ghost after around 25 years of faithful service. I thought maybe this forum might have a good recommendation to replace it. I would actually like to purchase one that has an "equalizing" option on it as well. Any thoughts? Not really fond of the automatic types out there but if that is all there is I'll take a peek. Thanks

I have a smart charger and a good old fashioned simple, brute force charger. There are times when trying to resurrect an old battery you need brute force charging to bring it back. The smart charger is useless. If you are just trying to keep a good battery at it's peak then the smart charger is good for that.

While the equalizing charge is something that some can do not all smart chargers have it so be aware. Mine doesn't. That is when I use the old one. Works fine for that.
