Battery Control Center

I have a 5 week old 3051S MH and have started hearing a loud "click" noise from the Battery Control Center (near entry steps). The click noise occurs at approx. 30 - 60 sec intervals and seems to be when MH is connected to 110v power. There are several relays inside, but no circuit schematic or anything to indicate what they control. The noise seems to come from either the K3 or K4 relays. I contacted the supplier, Wurth Elektronik, but they say that they have no info on how their device is used in the vehicle. Either Ford or FR are responsible for how the device is wired and installed. Does anyone have any similar experience or relevant info?
