battery disconnect

Have GEOPRO 19FD 2019. I do not have any 12v power. When connected to my vehicle all lights etc work. My batteries are good. I tested them with a voltmeter. I tested the fuses and breakers. The other day I disconnected the batteries using the key. Reconnected I don't have 12v power. How do I test the battery disconnect to find out if is the issue or if I have another problem.
thank you

Can you test with your voltmeter at the disconnect switch?

Also, following the battery positive cable, there is a resettable circuit breaker. It will be on the A-frame of the trailer, or just underneath the front edge. You will have to lie on your back on the ground to see it (illustration below).

To test it:
Measure from each of the terminals to frame ground
12 Vdc on both-->Breaker is okay
12 Vdc on terminal closest to battery; 0v on terminal furthest from battery-->Breaker has tripped.

OR
Measure between the two terminals
Almost 0Vdc-->Breaker is okay
Around 12Vdc-->Breaker has tripped

If the breaker has tripped, press the tiny button on the end, just above the mounting screw, until it clicks.

Moved thread from the Appliances and Electronics sub-forum to the Electrical and Charging Systems sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to that sub-forum.
