Battery Disconnect switch

Can anyone tell me if this was installed properly? I am thinking there should be a wire to the positive terminal?

All I know is that cut off switches are supposed to be run ONLY on the negative side, as far away from spark as possible. My original thought was it must disrupt the positive power, I was incorrect. All I've seen are for the grounded side.

If I understand that picture correctly, I don't believe that it will accomplish anything. It may/may not be wired correctly, but it looks like there's another ground to the frame independent from your disconnect switch. The makes the disconnect redundant and ineffective.
