Battery is not charging

Need more information on the problem. Is it plugged in and not charging?

Converter is in or behind the electrical distribution panel.

Most likely it's a wfco converter and you need to check out the files section on this forum and look @ the wfco troubleshooting guide.

There will be a circuit breaker in the panel for the converter. Check it first.

Do you have a battery disconnect switch? Might be off. I did that ones.

Our TT has a fuse at the first junction box from the 7-pin plug/cable. I know that the battery won't charge if that is blown. Different model than yours but doesn't hurt to look.
