Battery Tender

Just got a 2015 28 Ft., Coachman Freedom Express TT. When TT is in storage, can I connect a battery tender to the battery without disconnecting the battery cables from the trailer ?

Thanks

I believe you can. I do, so if it's not a good idea, someone let me know. I also have a tender on my motorcycle.

It's all good.

Sure, just check and maintain water levels regularly. If adjustable set to low trickle setting.

I leave a battery tender attached to my coach batteries whenever the coach is in storage. I leave the same unit attached to my van for the three months we are in FL.

Everything is always ready to go.

Why not add a battery disconnect between the trailer and the battery(ies)? Having said that, I have a quick connect on my motorcycle, lawn mower and Bobcat for the same purpose. Works fine for me.
