Bi-Directional Isolator Relay Delay

Does anyone know where BIRD unit is located on 2005 Georgetown model 325 SE

I have a 2005 Georgetown 325SE. The coach batteries do not charge from engine. The problem seems to be the Bi-Directional Isolator Relay Delay, but I can't find it. I would appreciate if someone has the answer. Thank you in advance.
