Blower motor

Have a 2000 Forest River Georgetown on a F53 chassis. Blower motor quit. Fuses and relay good. No power at motor speed switch. I’d appreciate any ideas?

Inside fuse panel (left of steering column) fuse #7. Engine compartment power distribution box fuse #23 and relay #5. You said you checked these.
This is the 2000 version of the Evans HVAC system. It is the identical install on my 2012 Georgetown.
