breaker

The breaker for outlets on the driver side of my Sunseeker are all out. The breaker is thrown, but won't stay when I try to reset it. What should I do? Do I need to take it to a repair shop?

I would say that you should not try to reset the breaker again till you isolate the fault. If electrical issues are not within your expertise then I would recommend having someone local with electrical savvy troubleshoot the issue. JMO.

You could unplug and turn off everything then see if the breaker resets. If it does, one by one turn on what was off. When it trips, you may have isolated the problem area.

If the breaker does not reset after unplugging/turning off everything, you could have a bad breaker and/or faulty wiring and/or device.

Thank you so much. So, my ignorance is on full display here… I just was told by a repair guy at my park that I need to push the breaker DOWN first, until it clicks, then lift up. …should someone like me actually be allowed to own and be driving around an RV?

That's SOP for bat-handle breakers... always have to move to fully-OFF position before moving back to ON-position.
